Fernanda Algazal founded ALGAZAL//CO in 2017 and has led it since, across every scale the practice works in: object, interface, space, city and organisation.
She built an extensive career inside large businesses — Genial Investimentos, Itaú and XP among them — bringing design into the core of how those companies work. That is where her method grew: design that orbits the business and becomes part of it. Today she also leads Apps and Experience at IWG.
